
Yeetown accepts returns and exchanges for certain new, saleable items within 20 days of the package's arrival. Any items that arrive broken or below advertised standards will be fully refunded or exchanged. All sales of food items or custom gift baskets are final unless items arrived broken, expired or otherwise defective.
Any order cancelled before any action is taken on processing the order will be cancelled and fully refunded. Since many orders, such as custom gift baskets, include work and material that is unique to each order and may not be able to be re-sold, part of the charge may not be able to be refunded.
Yeetown will refund all original shipping and tax costs on returns approved in advance.
Please save all packaging materials and receipts to expedite any return or exchange.
